- Camara: Town Hall
- Camara Municipal: City Council
- Caderneta Predial: Property Tax Document.
- Caderneta Urbana: Description of Property (urban)
- Cadernata Rustica: Description of Property (rural)
- C.E.M.I.: State payment made at local tax office
- Certidao do Registo Predial: Cert. from the Land Registry
- Certidao de teor: Property Registration Certificate
- Certidao de trabalho novo: Certificate of new work.
- Condominium: Community of Owners
- Conservatoria do Registo Predial: Land Registry.
- Construtores: Builders
- Contrato promessa de compra e venda: Promissory Contract
- Escritura: Title Deed
- Escritura de Compra e Venda: Deed of Purchase
- Escritura da Hipoteca: Deed of Mortgage
- Financas: Tax Office
- Gerente: Manager

- I.M.I. (Imposto Municipal sobre Imoveis): Annual City Council Tax
